About Me
Natalie is an Occupational Therapist with over 9 years of experience helping individuals of all ages improve their function, confidence, and quality of life. Throughout her career, she has developed specialized expertise in treating chronic and complex conditions, including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), dysautonomia, chronic pain, and other conditions that require a highly individualized and holistic approach to care.
In addition to her work with chronic illness populations, Natalie has advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation and enjoys helping clients navigate pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and pelvic health concerns. She is also passionate about pediatrics, supporting children and families through developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges.
Beyond her role as a therapist, Natalie is a certified birth doula who is deeply committed to empowering families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. She believes in providing compassionate, evidence-based support that honors each individual’s unique journey.
When she is not working with clients, Natalie enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and friends. She values creating meaningful connections, being outdoors, and embracing the everyday moments that make life rich and fulfilling.
