About Me
My name is Molly Ahlemeier and I started out my career in this field as a physical therapy technician at Fischer Institute, now known as the Spooner Sports Institute. I worked there for about 3 and a half years while I went to school to complete my degree. I started my college career at Mesa Community College and finished at Arizona State University where I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness in May 2020. While I attended school at ASU, I was a TA for an Exercise Testing course, where I helped teach and assist students on how and when to utilize different tests on patients and clients.
It wasn’t until I graduated with my degree when I realized that I no longer wanted to pursue physical therapy and wanted to venture into the strength and conditioning field instead. I have always loved helping people reach their goals, and think it is important that people move in a way that they enjoy, whether that is in the gym or a hobby outside of the gym. I received my CSCS (Certificate in Strength and Conditioning) in April 2021 and began my training career. Over the years, I have experience working with athletes of all ages and levels (from youth to professional) and the general population.
In my free time I enjoy doing anything that involves moving and being outside. A few of my hobbies include playing tennis and basketball, hiking, kayaking, biking, roller-skating, and snowboarding, I also enjoy watching all sports, but football is my favorite.
