About Me
Landon is originally from the Bay Area in Northern California and graduated in 2020 from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise and Wellness. Landon’s love for sports and exercise started when he grew up playing baseball and football competitively through high school.
During his last semester at ASU, Landon completed an internship at the Sports Institute (previously the Fischer Institute), where he assisted with the MLB and NFL offseason programs. Landon eventually transitioned to a full-time assistant strength and conditioning coach and has also gained experience as a physical therapy technician since then. Aside from the group training, Landon also has experience with training youth athletes and general population adults.
Shortly after graduation, Landon obtained his CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) through the NSCA.
In his free time, Landon loves watching sports and spending time outdoors.
