Over the past 20+ years, Kenny has dedicated his career to mastering the clinical skills and treatment strategies necessary for addressing various orthopedic and sports-related injuries.

In addition, Kenny’s professional path has been marked by diverse leadership roles within Spooner. From Clinic Director and Regional Director to Co-Owner/Partner and Director of Clinic Operations, he has worn many hats. As Vice President of Clinic Operations, Kenny oversees the
daily functions of all Spooner clinics, ensuring that Spooner continues to provide exceptional care and service.

Kenny is passionate about leadership development. He leads Spooner’s leadership development program, guiding emerging leaders in their journey and helping them find their place in the PT profession. Additionally, he has the privilege of sharing his insights as a guest speaker at local universities and conferences hosted by the Arizona Physical Therapy Association. In every role, his focus remains on enhancing patient care and fostering the growth of future leaders in physical therapy.

Outside the clinic, Kenny enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, including many outdoor activities and coaching multiple sports.
