About Me:
Jake started with Spooner in June 2023 and moved out to AZ from the Philadelphia area where he was born and raised. He grew up playing and watching sports pretty much all the time including football, hockey, and baseball. He also loves music and grew up playing the drums as well. Jake ended up playing football from the time he was 6 all the way through his time at Ursinus College. He then worked for two years following his time in undergrad as a sports performance coach working with athletes from all different sports. He eventually joined a high school football team as the head strength and conditioning coach in addition to coaching receivers and defensive backs on the field. He then attended High Point University in North Carolina for DPT school where he graduated before joining the Spooner team.
Outside the Clinic:
Outside of the clinic, Jake enjoys golfing, participating in CrossFit and exploring nature through hikes with his girlfriend. If you don’t find him out and about, he is most likely home watching some form of sports (especially Philly teams) or playing some video games with friends.
