About Me:
Eric was born and raised in Ahwatukee. He attended Desert Vista High School and was a pitcher in the baseball program all 4 years. He then attended ASU where he studied Kinesiology, was a member of the ASU crew team for two years, and graduated from Barrett, the Honors College. Following his undergraduate degree, Eric worked as a PT technician for Spooner at the Ahwatukee and East Chandler clinics. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the NAU Phoenix Biomedical Campus.
Eric is very excited to rejoin the Spooner team and the community he grew up in. Eric participated in clinical rotations that focused on orthopedic and sports injuries, including a 10 week rotation with the Milwaukee Brewers at their spring training facility. These rotations helped to develop his manual therapy skills, as well as improving his skill in helping athletes return to play in a safe and quick manner. In his professional career, Eric looks forward to giving back to his community and providing individualized care to every patient that he has the opportunity to treat.
Outside of the clinic, Eric enjoys camping, playing adult recreational softball, lifting weights at the gym, playing with his two dogs, and spending time with his wife, Sammi.
