About Me

Crystal is originally from Glendale, Arizona, where she grew up most of her life. She attended Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ, beginning in 2017 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2021. She then attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, and graduated in 2024 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She joined the Spooner team in December 2024.

Crystal completed her last clinical internship with Spooner Sports Institute in Phoenix, Arizona, where she was able to work closely with athletes of all ages and at different stages of their athletic careers. Crystal also spent time at a clinical rotation and in school, working very closely with patients rehabbing from neurological conditions, and gained an appreciation for working with the population. Crystal was able to spend time with multiple mentors learning about the vestibular system and grew to love having the ability to assist patients struggling with vestibular dysfunction. Crystal values treating each patient fully and working towards returning people to participate safely in the activities they love.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Luna. Crystal likes playing recreational sports like softball, volleyball, and pickleball. She also enjoys exploring new local restaurants, trying coffee shops, traveling, attending open gyms with friends, and learning to swing dance.
