Our 8-week summer camp is designed specifically for high school athletes looking to get stronger, faster, and more explosive. With a focus on speed and strength development, we aim to help athletes dominate their sport while reducing the risk of injury. High School Athlete Summer Training

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

- 4 training sessions per week

$75 Spot Treatment
Need an extra boost in recovery? Additional services are available!
30 mins sessions for dry needling, cupping, manual therapy, etc.
