Sessions are designed to get our athletes faster, stronger, more powerful, more explosive, and more resilient, and ultimately give them the advantage over their competition this upcoming season. Our team will use the same scientific-based and results-driven training principles that we use with our current professional athletes.
Program Includes: Athlete screen/assessment, VALD force plate testing, NSF certified supplements, Recovery room access, Athlete nutrition guide.

- 10-point screen conducted by a movement specialist looking at injury history and areas of high stress/limitation found commonly in athletes.
