THANK YOU
FOR JOINING US AT THE
Grab your shoes! Grab your waters! We are going on a group run!
Outdoor running season is just around the corner, and the Spooner team is ready to help you run better–whether you are just starting your journey as a runner or are a seasoned triathlete. Join the Move Better Run hosted by Spooner Old Town’s Maria Kilgore, PT, DPT, and other members of the Spooner team!
This FREE outdoor group run will include a running analysis during the run from our movement specialists as well as post-run movement screens to identify weaknesses that may lead to injury. We will also provide a plan to ensure success with running. We will head out from Spooner Old Town after a dynamic warmup and hit the greenbelt for an out and back choose your own adventure run led by the Spooner team.
Athletes will have an opportunity to run a guided course of 2, 4, or 8 based on their current ability and the day’s motivation. The 8 mile run will feature a Sole Sports aid station at mile 4 – stocked with water and fuel for the return trip. Each route will be led by a Spooner team member.
Stick around after the run for coffee, bagels, movement screens and camaraderie with your fellow runners. Sole Sports will also be offering a running shoe analysis and answering any questions you have regarding appropriate running footwear.
