He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. Adam’s expertise has been recognized by notable media outlets such as Forbes.com, Arizona’s CW7 television network, and the world-renowned PhysioNetwork.com, among others.

Adam’s approach is deeply rooted in research, utilizing injury risk data and longevity studies to establish standards for strength, endurance, movement, speed, and body composition. He leverages advanced technology, such as force plates and velocity-based training, to customize and measure the progress of every athlete’s rehab or training plan, ensuring tangible results.

Adam is also the founder and host of the “Finding Small Wins” podcast, which delves into the world of sports through insightful conversations with industry experts and athletes.
