I was having trouble with my right shoulder probably stemming from an elbow/tricep injury I had a while ago.  It was getting to the point that I couldn’t lift my right arm overhead without feeling sharp pain and some popping in the joint. It was affecting work because little things like loading hose and reaching up to climb into the engine. It was keeping me up at night because there wasn’t a comfortable position for my shoulder to lay in. I love doing Jiu Jitsu when I’m off duty and that was suffering as well. 
Within an hour of work he had pinpointed all the muscular imbalances causing my pain and had my shoulder back to full range of motion. He worked up an exercise and stretching plan for me to work at home. My next visit with him will be over zoom. Chris said he can also drive to our stations if there are enough people to see at one time. It was a great experience and it’s pretty awesome to be able to get PT for those little nagging injuries that we just live with because they’re not bad enough to miss work over.
