About Me
Anthony joined Spooner in August of 2015 after completing an APTA accredited Orthopedic Residency program at LSU Health Shreveport. Specialized mentorship throughout his first year of practice allowed him to refine his skills as a therapist and gain a better understanding of the complex movement of the human body that will allow him to treat you to the best of his ability. As your therapist he brings enthusiasm and passion to help you meet your unique needs and goals.
Anthony supports the development and progression of physical therapy by attending conferences and being an active member of our national and state associations. By continuing his professional development and learning the most efficient and effective physical therapy interventions and skills, he uses the most recent evidence in the treatment of his patients. He has taken courses in dry needling, manual therapy certifications, as well as pain science and education. He enjoys developing specific and individualized treatment programs that will effectively treat you as a person and promote functional movement of the entire body.
He began his career with Spooner as a staff therapist at our Goodyear clinic before joining the Ahwatukee team in May of 2018. He spent the majority of his life growing up in Louisiana before moving to Arizona. Anthony is a sports enthusiast and loves all things SEC. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and spending his days outside of the clinic doing anything outdoors.
